Virtual Spinner:

What is P(7), well depending upon how you set up your spinner it can be 0% to 14.28%. Virtual Spinner gives you the ability to create your own spinner easily with stylish menu offering the ability to change the color, number of divisions, and labeling of the spinner itself.
Besides being extremely customizable, Virtual Spinner is a great tool in helping students learn or practice theoretical and experimental probabilities, permutations, or statistics.
We have all seen the questions from the book involving a spinner, but few of our students have actually seen a spinner when answering these kinds of questions. Now you have the opportunity to have students see and touch probability, not just think about this important mathematical concept in a sterol black and white situation.
Instructions:
Simply click on the button that says "Spin It" in order to spin the spinner. You can also just hit "enter" or "space bar" to get the same results.
In order to grab the spinner's needle simply click and hold the mouse over the needle and the needle will follow your mouse for as long as you keep the mouse button held down.
In order to customize and change the look of your spinner, click on the menu tab to pull down a menu. Once the menu is pulled down, make the different changes to your spinner and you are all set. If you do not want to take the 5 seconds required to change your spinner manually, you can click on the random button to generate a fun random spinner.
